#36 shows a clusters of malformed ductules in one of the fibrous
septa. Notice that they are proliferating, abnormal in size and shape
and surrounded by lymphocytes. This is the diagnostic change of
Autoimmune Cholangitis (also known a primary biliary cirrhosis). |
